Carol Soldi-Hall

Carol Soldi-Hall has been with the Department since 2000, working in both the Tolland and Hartford Districts. She has held the position of Tolland District Vice President, Secretary. and Acting President of the Local. Carol was a member of the the 2005 Contract Arbitration Committee and 2007-2010 Contract Negotiating Committee.
