Waldren Phillips

Executive Vice President
Waldren Phillips has over 20 years with the Department and has held Union offices since 2003. He was the New London District Vice President and is currently the Executive Vice President.  He has served on the 2005 Contract Negotiations and Arbitration Committees, as well as the Finance Committee. He is the chair of the Union's Legislative Action Committee. He is also currently the president of Connecticut's New London Chapter of the NAACP. Carol Soldi-Hall

Acting President
Carol Soldi-Hall has been with the Department since 2000, working in both the Tolland and Hartford Districts. She served on the Board of Directors since 2005, has held the position of Tolland District Vice President and was a member of the the 2005 Contract Arbitration Committee. Carol is is on the Statewide Safety Committee. She also serves as the Chairperson of the Communication Committee. She is currently the Acting President. Richard Pivarnik

Treasurer

Richard Pivarnik has over 15 years with the Department. He is best know for working as a Sergeant in the Bridgeport Courthouse. He is also a Coxwain with the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary.  He is currently the Local's Treasurer He may be contacted at 860-632-9832 or Gizmo851@msn.com.
