Waldren Phillips has over 20 years with the Department and has held Union offices since 2003. He was the New London District Vice President and is currently the Executive Vice President.  He has served on the 2005 Contract Negotiations and Arbitration Committees, as well as the Finance Committee. He is the chair of the Union's Legislative Action Committee. He is also currently the president of Connecticut's New London Chapter of the NAACP. He can be contacted at 860-632-9832.
