IBPO local 731 has entered into a contract extension agreement with the Judicial Branch, ensuring the contract remains valid beyond the expiration date. The extension runs until a successor contract is approved by the Legislature. In essence, all aspects of the contract remain in force with the exception of the following provisions: general wage increases, annual increments and top step bonuses. Future increments will need to be negotiated. IBPO local 731 will pursue retroactivity as appropriate.
