Hi Everyone,
We finished up the CDL Arbitration at about 4pm today 1/6/11. It was an all day Arbitration. Atty Tessitore did an outstanding job on our behalf. The attorneys now have until February 18th to submit their briefs. The Arbitrator has 30 days from that point to render his decision. Thank you to everyone that submitted affidavits from their District. They were an important part of this Arbitration. I will let everyone know more as more information becomes available.On a different note, we now have another Grievance out of this Arbitration. Judicial would not allow our witnesses be released on Union time. These Marshals were aware of this and still came to the Arbitration to testify. My hat goes off to them. I will be filing a Grievance on that issue early next week. We presented a Great case today. Hopefully the Arbitrator will rule in our favor
