Hi Everyone, We finished up the CDL Arbitration at about 4pm today 1/6/11. It was an all day Arbitration. Atty Tessitore did an outstanding job on our behalf. The attorneys now have until February 18th  to submit their briefs. The Arbitrator has 30 days from that point to render his decision. Thank you to everyone
