The Grievance reached its final step 3 with no resolution. The Legal staff we do a summary of Grievance( give merits,overall opinion on pursuing to Arbitration) It will be forwarded to the Executive board . The Executive board will vote on whether to forward Grievance to Arbitration. Judicial met with Union This Grievence was resolved . Marshal was given Difference in pay that she would have recieved as acting supervisor .
